Replace your ReBinder Original cover with a new one. Simply unscrew, and then reassemble with the new cover.
One of the many benefits to using a ReBinder is that the cover is completely removable. Use a Phillips head screw driver to remove the two screws that affix the ring metal to the binder. Be sure to save the ring metal, screws and tnuts. You will need these to with the replacement cover.
